VIKTOR MASLAKOV - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Viktor Maslakov worked in governmental authorities of the Sverdlovsk Region and in Yekaterinburg City Administration for more than five years before he joined Renova-StroyGroup. He held posts of Deputy Minister of Economics and Labour of the Sverdlovsk Region, Deputy Minister of State Property Administration of the Sverdlovsk Region, Head of the Economics Committee of Yekaterinburg City Administration. Maslakov has also extensive experience in business management; from 1991 to 1998 he was in charge of a number of private enterprises. Along his business and governmental activities Maslakov was engaged in scientific work; for two years he was Head of Research of the Strategic Analysis Institute of the History and Archeology Institute by the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Maslakov graduated from the Ural State University and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russian Federation. He is Master of Sciences in Government Management, Doctor of Science, Economics.
