VENIAMIN GOLUBITSKY is President of RENOVA StroyGroup – a development company that implements large-scale projects in the sphere of residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to joining RENOVA StroyGroup, Mr Golubitsky worked for nine years in the authorities of the Sverdlovsk Region of Russia, where his responsibilities at different times included social issues and state property management.
From October 2003 till May 2005 Mr Golubitsky was Head of Administration of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region. Other positions held in the regional authorities include: First Deputy to the Chairman of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, Minister of the State Property Management of the Sverdlovsk Region, Member of the Duma of the Sverdlovsk Region.
In addition to his work as an official, Veniamin Golubitsky made a convincing academic career: having started as a PhD student at the Department of Administrative Law, Moscow State Lomonosov University, he later became Head of the Law Department at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Mr Golubitsky graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Moscow State Lomonosov University and is a Candidate of Legal Sciences.
