Personal assistant
Responsibilities:
Providing full administrative and organizational support to Director
Managing document flow and preparing presentation materials
Handling the Director’s schedule
Scheduling and organizing case team meetings and corporate meetings
Developing and drafting business letters and other correspondence
Arranging business trips (making orders, booking tickets, hotels, car renting, preparing advance reports)
Leading special projects
Preparing analytic materials and other information
Maintaining archives of documents
Knowledges:
Higher education
At least 2 years working experience as a Personal Assistant
Good knowledge of MS Office and Power Point in particular
Excellent knowledge of English/Russian language
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proactive and energetic person
Able to take responsibility
Good communication skills
Excellent self- and time-management
Friendly personality
