On October 6 - 8, 2008, RENOVA StroyGroup took part in the leading real estate trade show EXPO REAL in Munich, Germany.

Renova StroyGroup’s stand showcased Integrated Urban Development projects: Sunny Valley in the Chelyabinsk Region and Akademia City in Yekaterinburg, as well as commercial real estate projects.

In addition to presentation of these projects and business meetings with selected investment, construction and design companies, RENOVA StroyGroup participated in the conference programme that accompanied the show. President Veniamin Golubitsky spoke at the international conference arranged by the Vedomosti daily that was dedicated to the Russian regional real estate market. Questions discussed concerned open niches on the market of different regions, promoted investment projects, ways to minimize investment risks, criteria for selection of regions and availability of organizations ready to provide support and consulting for potential investors. The conference was attended by top management of investment and development companies, construction and asset management companies, real estate agencies, consulting companies and banks. Representatives of regional authorities and municipalities, land owners, owners of hotels, resorts, entertainment and shopping centres were also among attendees.

RENOVA StroyGroup’s representatives participated in a further international conference called “Russia: Development Opportunities Outside of Moscow and the Boom in Second and Third Tier Cities - What are the risks and rewards? Who is financing the projects now and who will be financing in 2009?” Here case studies of the Russian regional investment climate were presented, with Yekaterinbung becoming the focal point of the discussion as one of the most economically dynamic and investment-friendly Russian cities.
