29.06.2010 RENOVA-StroyGroup completed another building in the Yablonevy Posad project.

A 17-storey residential building is located in the Dzerzhisky District of Yaroslavl. The building is the second facility completed in the Yablonevy Posad Integrated Urban Development (IUD) (the first home was commissioned in July 2009). The new residential building has 120 apartments (from 42 sq.m. to 87 sq.m.). All construction, installation and landscaping work has been completed. RENOVA StroyGroup has been selling apartments during the entire construction. Around 30 apartments have been sold under equity participation contracts, and 49 apartments will be purchased by the Ministry of Defense according to the state contract for providing housing to military servicemen.

About the Project:

RENOVA StroyGroup is realizing the Yablonevy Posad Integrated Urban Development project in the Dzerzhisnky District of Yaroslavl (this is the second IUD project, the first being Akademia City in Yekaterinburg). The IUD project will include over one million square meters of housing with residential buildings, townhouses and social infrastructure facilities. A new district will satisfy all requirements to a modern, comfortable and safe residential environment. Yablonevy Posad will have two kindergartens, a school, a sports center, retail and service providers and a parking facility. The project will also have well-equipped public areas for leisure activities. The residential district is located on the Volga River embankment in an ecologically clean area. Engineering, transport and social infrastructure is a special focus of the project. RENOVA StroyGroup uses energy efficient and innovative technologies and materials. In Yaroslavl the Company first used the trenchless pipe installation technology for the forcemain construction preserving the natural landscape and preventing damage to the city. A distinctive feature of homes is their solid-cast brick construction, uncharacteristic for economy class housing. The project is expected to be fully completed by 2015.
