Renova StroyGroup Company attracted Sberbank (Savings Bank of Russian Federation) cash assets for infrastructure construction financing in Akademia City IUD Project in Yekaterinburg. Crediting program elaborated by Sberbank Urals branch in September 2007, implements financing of the communal infrastructure construction in the amount of 3,74 billion rubles in two phases and done to finance this part of project till the end of 2010.

First phase of the financing program implies assigning of 2.08 billion rubles by Sberbank. Within the frames of realization of this phase of the Program of Renova StroyGroup Company and Sberbank Urals branch a contract on opening of the nonrenewable credit line for construction of water supply networks and drainage system at the rate of 720 mln. Rubles was signed. November 30, 2007 Renova StroyGroup Company has received first  credit tranche stipulated for this program.

Till the end of this year Renova StroyGroup is planning to sign two more agreements with Sberbank Urals branch on opening of the nonrenewable credit lines for financing of heat and power supply networks construction in the rate of 581 mln. rubles and 776 mln. rubles accordingly.
