RENOVA StroyGroup has commissioned the second house of the Mekhanoshina Quarter residential neighbourhood. Mekhanoschina Quarter is the first project of RENOVA StroyGroup in the Perm Region. The first house of the neighbourhood was commissioned in December of 2007.

The project envisages construction of children’s playgrounds, public areas, landscaping of the adjacent territories and installation of various decorative elements. Apart from the already commissioned houses, two more cast-in-situ  houses of individual design and an underground parking lot will be built to complete the neighbourhood.

Deputy Head of the Administration of the City of Perm Anatoly Makhovikov and Head of the Perm Office of RENOVA StroyGroup Rudolf Minnakhmetov attended the commission ceremony.
