The project will be implemented in the following phases:
1 phase till 2015 – northern part of the district up to the Patrushikha river with at least
25 m2 of housing per capita;
2 phase till 2030 – southern part of the district beyond the Patrushikha river with at least 30 m2 of housing per capita.
Each phase is to be divided into 2 stages. Each stage will contain all the necessary elements (main streets, transport, social establishments, shops etc.). Construction of roads, public transport lines, shops and leisure facilities will run parallel to construction of the new housing. Already the first stage will represent an integrated viable part of the district showing its variety and its lively downtown.
