Renova StroyGroup implements a series of emblematic projects in Krasnodar.

INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROZHDESTVENSKAYA EMBANKMENT

The residential complex being constructed on the Rozhdestvenskaya Embankment in Krasnodar is one of the landmark projects of the company. The complex is located in the dynamically developing "young" urban district Yubileyny in the close proximity to the central part of the city.

The project envisages construction of a complex comprised of eleven 22-storeyed buildings public services and amenities on the embankment of the Kuban River along the pedestrian zone of Platanovy Boulevard. This project will add to the city's attractiveness and create a recreation zone for the residents of the urban district.

One of the unique features of this project is the unusual and up-to-date architecture style of the buildings emphasizing its location at the Kuban River bank. The facades of residential buildings resemble in shape of snow-white yachts sailing ahead along the calm waters. The entrance group of the complex facing the embankment is comprised of two buildings, shaped like two pure white sails.

The residential complex on the Rozhdestvenskaya Embankment is a new level of comfortable living and a special style for demanding residents. A wide range of comfortable planning solutions for 1,2, 3-room apartments, underground parking, a magnificent view of the river virtually from any apartment, modern technical facilities of the building and a professional managing company will give the residents a new understanding of "the quality of living".

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ON ROSSIYSKAYA STREET

The residential district on Rossiyskaya Street is being constructed in a new and vigorous area of the city where has begun in the recent years. Key advantages of the site are proximity to the central part of the city, good transport connection (Rostovskoe Road) and proximity to the new facilities being constructed (hypermarkets, trade centres, ice rink).

Project description: construction of two Ï-shaped 9/10-storeyed groups of buildings of economy class advanced techniques of prefabricated construction (monolithic technology construction will be used).

The project envisages a wide range of comfortable planning solutions for 1,2,3-room apartments. The buildings will be commissioned in the turn-key condition with a broad choice of high-quality interior furnishing solutions.

The necessary infrastructure will be provided by commercial facilities in the inherent and built-on premises. It is planned to construct a number of small shops, a dental clinic, a GP clinic and leisure facilities.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "QUARTER 510"

The residential complex "Quarter 510" is being constructed in the Central Administrative District, at the heat of residential development, at the intersection of Kim Street, P.Osipenko and Tamanskaya Streets.

Cheremushki District where the residential complex is located is rightfully considered to be the most environmentally clean area of the city.

Good transport connection is ensured by a convenient access to Stavropolskaya Street, which makes it possible to reach the city centre within 5-10 minutes. The residential complex is located in a established urban district with a well-developed social infrastructure. Within an easy reach there are a number of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, Kuban State University, a Medical College, shops, service providers.

Project description: construction of two residentia buldings, one 7-storeyed one-unit building of middle class type and a 16-storeyed three-unit building of economy class type with commercial facilities  in the inherent and built-on non-residential premises and underground parking space. The concept envisages construction of a large number of social and communal objects in the ground floors of the residential buildings. There will be shops and service providers as well as offices. Along with that the construction of an undeground parking complex is planned.
