Renova StroyGroup actively develops residential projects in the capital of the Kama River Region — the city of Perm. The first project is a residential complex called Mekhanoshina Street Block located right downtown Perm.
Rudolf Minnakhmetov– Renova StroyGroup - Director of the Perm Office

Block at Mekhanoshina Street is designed to preserve the wholeness of its architectural style, which combines Perm’s urban construction traditions and the inherited master plan of the Central District. The central location of the site will be a further advantage for the owners of the housing. Once completed, the project will represent a modern neighbourhood with a welldeveloped infrastructure.
The Block’s improvement program provides for organization of children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, as well as for landscape gardening and installation of small architectural forms. The ground floors of buildings will host numerous retail and services facilities.
The first house from the programme was commissioned in December of 2007, and first house-warming parties were celebrated in early spring of 2008. Along with two already built panel houses of improved design, the neighbourhood will include four cast-in-situ houses (of individual design) and underground parking. Construction of the 2nd phase of the project will start in autumn of 2008.
Key project figures:
Land plot area — 3.33 ha
Residential area — 63,776 sq. m.
Non-residential area — 4,565.66 sq. m.
