RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN YAROSLAVL
Renova StroyGroup develops a large residential project in Dzerzhinsky District of Yaroslavl. On a land plot of 18,25 ha it builds a new residential district Yablonevy Posad, which consists of residential blocks and social and commercial infrastructure facilities.

The main idea of the Yablonevy Posad project is creation of a comfortable urban environment. This is a quiet, cosy and problem-free neighbourhood, where residents can enjoy a convenient social infrastructure, with almost no transit traffic and where the residents’ own cars do not prevent their children from playing in the backyards thanks to a neat system of under and above-ground parking lots.

Every project’s solution serves the purpose of comfortable and safe living in this area: project location in an environmentally friendly area, a developed infrastructure including kindergartens and children facilities, social and medical services, retail and places for leisure-activities. Several types of housing were designed to satisfy every family’s individual needs in Yablonevy Posad. Single-family attached housing – townhouses – has already been built. Concrete-cast one-entry 14-16 storey tall towers are currently being built along with their own infrastructure on the ground floors with adjacent under and above ground parking lots.
